High Chief Dr Dick Kondu Loveday Harry is a great grass root Mobilizer and a great and uncommon transformer and events promoter.

The Reverend Abraham Fortunatus Ijong-Iye was born in to a Christian family of Mr and Mrs Fortunatus Ijong-Iye all of Ebukuma Community,Ngo Clan of Andoni Local Government Area of Rivers State . He attended both Community Primary and Community secondary school Ebukuma respectively and acquired his First School Leaving Certificate ( FSLC) and West Africa Examination Certificate ( WAEC). Because of his passion for education,he also proceeded to the then Rivers State College of Education ( RSCOE), where he acquired B.ED, Political Science. Further more, Reverend Abraham Ijong-Iye also decided to acquire another Degree in Political Science by enrolling in a Distance learning studies with the British American University ( BAU), Florida,USA where he acquired BSc in Political Science. Not withstanding ,he has also acquired an International Executive Diploma in both Human Resource Management and Disaster Management representatively.

Going forward, Reverend Abraham Ijong-Iye has engaged himself in many academic studies and training including PGD in Public Administration at the Port Harcourt Study Center of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) etc. Reverend Abraham Ijong-Iye is a bibliobibuli /writer and a public policy analyst and also one who believes in an egalitarian society. He is married with children and remain focused in the ministry works of God. Presently,he is the National publicity cum organizing secretary of the MANGROVE PEOPLE LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE ( Voice of the South South),the apex pan socio cultural grass root base Organisation in the South South region of Nigeria and the President General of Ida- Ebukuma Development Initiative (I.D.I) among others.
